Few things compare to the ambience and seductive views of a rooftop bar. Luckily, Austin averages around 300 days of sun per year. You and your besties can enjoy the magic of golden hour while sipping cocktails overlooking the city virtually every day. Here are a few must-visit rooftop bars in Austin:
P6:
Located at the Line Hotel Austin, P6 provides stunning views of the city and Lady Bird Lake. It's known for its sophisticated ambience, small-plates menu featuring locally sourced delicacies. Stop in for their patatas bravas, or one of their specialty cocktails.

The Zanzibar:
This spacious rooftop bar at the Westin Austin offers a laid-back atmosphere with its tropical-themed décor and panoramic views. You can’t go wrong with one of their tiki cocktails, or Hawaiian inspired eats!

Reina:
Reina offers a stylish setting with a focus on mezcal cocktails. They keep the energy flowing with electronic beats from some of the best local DJs. Dance the night away, or reserve a table and lounge with your friends. Trust me when I tell you that Reina will deliver! If late night bites are your thing, check out Taqueria 10/10. The hidden taqueria below the bar can be accessed through the alley.

Edge Rooftop:
Situated atop the JW Marriot, Edge Rooftop offers a vibrant laid-back atmosphere right in the heart of downtown! This is the perfect spot to land after a long day in the office, or a full day of exploring. Stop by for one of their Skyline Sips and their small bites as you take in the views.

IYKYK:
This sexy and obscure rooftop terrace can be found at Inn Cahoots, which is a hotel and event space. IYKYK is the perfect spot to begin or end your night out. They have one of the best sound systems, and the DJs they book know how to get the party started! Whether you’re the type to hit the dance floor, or relax in cabanas, you won’t be disappointed.

Group Therapy:
Located at Hotel Zaza, Group Therapy is a maximalist's dream with eclectic design details at every turn! Bring your appetite, because their menu is to die for. I’d recommend the lamb lollipops or braised short ribs. If you need a boost before an evening out, order a round of their espresso martinis. It’s their specialty.

Great blog! I’ll definitely be saving these to take friends from out of town too!
